I have had a go at yoga twice now. The first time I didnt know what to expect so I tried it all!!! Whoops broke all the rules then! . I was a bit rough later that evening but was fine by the morning. But because of this I decided to do the next one seated. For some reason laying on the mat wasnt best for me. I enjoyed the second one alot more. Dawn adapted the exercises and poses for me. There is alot of relaxation involved..hoorah! I did find I needed a little break halfway though so just sat and did breathing. The great thing was I didnt feel uncomfortable with it as we are all different in symptom severity so there was no pressure. Any members wanting to come and watch or have a go just turn up.
